I live on a family farm with my husband and two children in North Carolina. I enjoy painting, sewing, gardening, and baking. I love being in my garden growing vegetables or flowers. I also love to bake because I have a sweet tooth. I love to turn something someone sees as ugly into something beautiful.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE TEXTURE OF YOUR HAIR?
My hair is fine, but I have a lot of hair. I have wavy hair. I used to straighten my hair daily because I always thought I had an awkward wave – never consistent. But, about three years ago, I decided to embrace my natural texture and stop dying my hair. My hair had gotten so dull and dry from the dyes and flat iron. It is still a work in progress, but it is much healthier now.
HOW DID YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR HAIR BEFORE THE INTRODUCTION OF THE INNATE LIFE PRODUCTS?
I used to dye my hair every two months. I used salon products. Both seemed to wreak havoc on my scalp.

WHAT IS YOUR HAIRCARE ROUTINE NOW?
I wash my hair about once a week, sometimes twice. I use The Innate Life Problematic Scalp Treatment and Herbal Hair Mask, and leave it on overnight. I then wash with another shampoo and conditioner. I dry with a diffuser and once my hair is dry, I use The Innate Life Rose Hair Elixir.
HOW DID YOU SEE YOUR HAIR CHANGE AFTER USING THE INNATE LIFE PRODUCTS?
I saw the most difference in my scalp. From the dyes, my scalp had become so irritated. Now, I have very little irritation, if any. My hair is also shinier than before, especially since I am no longer using silicones.
